↩️ Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every order. Please review our cancellation and refund policy:

• Orders may be cancelled only before they enter preparation. Once preparation has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed.
• If you received an incorrect or missing item, contact us immediately at info@myfusionpizza.com and we will make it right.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations once an order is confirmed.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been dispatched.

🚗 Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within our designated service areas. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate — they may vary based on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.

• Fusion Pizza is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• A valid phone number is required for delivery orders so our driver can contact you if needed.
